I called this establishment to get a quote for a windshield. Instead of feeling welcomed as a potential customer, I was met with an impatient attitude from the person who answered the phone. I told him the make/model/year and stated it was out of stock. I asked when it will be in stock as I would like to get my windshield repaired. He told me he needed my VIN or the OEM part number from the dealership before he could provide a quote. I told him to hold on for a moment while I looked for a previous invoice that might have the information. In response, he let out a loud, exasperated sigh, which came across as rude and unprofessional. I pointed out that he seemed to have an attitude, and he replied that he was busy and told me to call back when I had the OEM part number. He also insisted on talking over me when I expressed my dismay. I understand that businesses have procedures and may need specific information to provide an accurate quote. However, there's no reason to treat potential customers with impatience or make them feel like they're wasting your time. Based on this interaction alone, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Customer service matters just as much as price.

I’ve been here twice, both on a Saturday. I got there before open the first time but was about 25th in line. They go first come first served (and rightfully so!) so it took them a while to get to me. Made sense. I went again today and I was fourth in line. I asked “like an hour?” They conservatively said 1.5-2 hours, so I had my wife pick me up. As soon as we got home, right at the hour mark, they called and said it was ready. Get there early to be first in line and the one hour is likely close to right. More complicated setups may take longer. All that said, they are great! The quality of their work and the friendliness of the people who are there are too notch. Not to mention their prices are fantastic: get a safelite quote and then go and you’ll feel like you found a lot of money. I hope to not go back, but if I have another broken auto glass incident, I’ll be at AAG…early.
