Had my Toyota Tundra windshield replaced at affordable auto glass and was blown away by how quick and affordable it was! The whole process was seamless they got it done fast without cutting any corners. Great service at a price that won’t break the bank. Highly recommend!

I came here because of the reviews however I had a different experience. My windshield was installed incorrectly and they left the black seal product over a few things which smeared and caused permanent staining. Back to the install, the reason I know is because when I drove over 40 mph I could hear loud wind gusts coming through the windshield. I took it to my auto dealer who was able to confirm what I thought, the install was shotty work. I took it back to affordable auto glass, and after 2hrs of waiting, I was told nothing was wrong. The wind gust is still there just not as loud so they did something but I guess not wanting to admit or do a complete reinstall. A week after that I was driving and my lower windshield cowl panel flew off. Turns out they never clipped it down. Guess you can’t win them all. Next time I’ll pay the extra $100 than deal with them. Lesson learned. But sharing for anyone else in decision making.

Had full tint done on all windows. With the front passenger and driver side windows replaced, great and hassle free service. I’ve done business with them before , it’s always an easy and smooth process !

Fixed my windshield in under 30 mins but had to wait another 30 to get my car, after watching it sit in the Parking lot. Great affordable price they should work on not letting customers cars sit when they are ready. I had to walk to the desk and ask when I could take my car seeing as it was ready

Timely and affordable service provided by the guys for my windshield repair. In & out in 1.5hrs and price was half of what others were quoting .

They were able to get me in same day, first come first serve. Turns out that there are one of the largest glass suppliers, so their prices were much lower than the first four places that I called. And the customer service was much kinder. Happy with the service overall. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

Do not support this business. Horrible customer experience. Answers the phone ”what do you want?”

When entering their office no one helps you after asking twice the lady ”we will help you when we have time”

Called to get a quote for a windshield, everyone else provided one with a VIN. I was told I need to know a special code that i had to contact a dealer to get.

I tried to support the local shop, but ended up going with a national competitor for their ease and convenience. (Probably paid more though)

Edit: I did provide the vin, but was told I needed a special code. Seems like there is a miscommunication somewhere. But adding a couple of stars for the professional response.

Everyone here was very professional, got me in right away & the price was unbelievably affordable. I was on a timeline since I was supposed to travel back to DFW today. They fixed it within 2 hours! Amazing!
