The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. We were a walk-in I needed a full windshield replacement. But they had what we needed and was the best priced. In some cases half the price quoted by their competitors. I waited a few days before posting this review to see how the work held up. The windshield is great there's no damage to my vehicle and there is nothing that needed to be redone.
