I went into the place of business. People are very nice. Very helpful. Time was great. Also, I enjoyed my experience and I would recommend people to this place.

Horrible customer service. I called to get a simple quote for a side window replacement and also asked for advice on the best way to temporarily cover the shattered glass. So while bringing the car to get serviced the shattered glass wouldn't become a hazard to me or for other drivers on the road. Instead of being helpful, the person on the phone immediately had an attitude and said, “That’s not our issue—bring the car to us and we can fix it.”

Very dismissive and unprofessional. I wasn’t expecting a full solution over the phone, just some basic guidance. Definitely not a good experience.

Had an awesome experience with Affordable Auto Glass. I brought in my 2020 Kia Stinger after it got broken into earlier that same day, so I was already dealing with a stressful situation. These guys made it incredibly easy.

They gave me the best quote out of everyone I called, and even better, they got me taken care of fast. Not only did they replace the glass, but they perfectly matched the tint, and had everything done within an hour. That kind of turnaround is hard to find.

Came here for a windshield replacement last week. The staff was very friendly and professional both over the phone and in person. Gave me a quote over the phone within a minute of talking to them. Came in right at opening, and they had me in and out in an hour! They told me what to look out for over the next days after the replacement, and no issues! Great pricing, and friendly staff, would recommend to anyone in the future!
