I highly recommend Affordable Auto Glass to anyone in need of a new windshield or any other auto glass repair! The staff is friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. The wait time was minimal, and the finished product was impeccable. My front windshield started with a tiny crack that eventually spread, so I called around to get estimates. I was shocked by how outrageous some of the prices were. Thankfully, a friend recommended Affordable Auto Glass. I gave them a call, and their estimate beat all of the competitors! Outstanding Service and Flawless Windshield Replacement! I had a wonderful experience with Affordable Auto Glass on Hillcroft St. After two months of comparing quotes and timelines from several competitors, I am so glad I chose them! My service began on a Friday when I stopped by and was assisted immediately by Jose. He was attentive and happy to help right away. I explained that the front windshield on my Jeep Wrangler was cracked and starting to split; Jose quickly provided a fair quote, explained the full replacement process, and answered all of my questions. I returned the next morning (a Saturday mid-morning) to have the work done. The intake representative gave me a warm welcome, reviewed the final details, clearly outlined the expected wait time, and pointed out the amenities. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, featuring TVs, 2–3 functioning snack and beverage vending machines, fast Wi-Fi, and private, fully stocked, spotless restrooms. Once the replacement was complete, the checkout process was just as seamless. The point-of-sale representative was kind, professional, and efficient. The craftsmanship is top-tier: the new windshield is crystal clear and looks amazing. They even transferred all of my vehicle stickers over perfectly with zero sticky residue left behind. Note: Affordable Auto Glass actually replaced a windshield on my Jeep Wrangler in 2019 once before through an amazing body shop with great results, but experiencing their direct customer service firsthand was even better. Professional, fast, and high-quality work from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with the results!

I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this business. I brought my vehicle here for windshield tinting. Before leaving my vehicle with them, I specifically asked about my Houston Limousine License sticker because I knew it was important and I did not want it damaged. I was told that the sticker would be put back on and would look “like new.” That did NOT happen. During the service, my Houston Limousine License sticker was badly torn and damaged. As shown in my photos, the sticker was ripped apart and is no longer in its original condition. I immediately brought the damage to the manager’s attention. Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, or offering any reasonable solution, the manager became extremely aggressive and dismissive. He told me: “This is normal. If it’s damaged, it’s damaged.” I explained that this is an official Houston Limousine License sticker and that replacing it would cost me money and potentially require additional time and paperwork. His response was: “That’s your problem. You deal with it yourself. I don’t have time to deal with you.” Let that sink in. I specifically asked BEFORE the work was done whether my license sticker would be damaged. I was assured it would be put back “like new.” They then damaged it, and when I brought the issue to management, I was essentially told that the damage was my problem and that they were too busy to deal with it. Mistakes can happen. What is unacceptable is refusing to take responsibility after causing damage to a customer’s property — especially after the customer specifically asked about the risk beforehand. The photos speak for themselves. I have documented the condition of the license sticker after the service. I am extremely disappointed not only by the damage, but even more by the manager’s attitude and complete lack of professionalism when I tried to resolve the issue. If a business damages something belonging to a customer, the bare minimum should be acknowledging the problem and trying to make it right. Instead, I was dismissed and told to deal with the consequences myself. Based on this experience, I will NOT be returning to this business, and I would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before leaving their vehicle here.
