Someone shattered the back window of my Kia Soul EV, and I’m happy to have found affordable auto glass to fix it the next day. This was a great place for a car window replacement. They had the exact tinted window for my back window and replaced it at a reasonable price($189). This place is also VERY organized and has a great system that will get you serviced at a great time. The area has a variety of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and unique places that you can visit while you wait for your car to be serviced. I highly recommend anyone to get their car serviced here in Houston, Texas.

This place is great!! 10/10 I had my car broken into and needed a window replacement. I got there in the morning and they did it in 40mins. The price was great too, it was hundreds less than another repair place I had gotten a quote from. They also cleaned up the broken glass pretty well. Everyone was really nice, I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

I literally had the worst experience here due to the lack of proper communication. I walked in as advised and was given several different completion times for my truck. It felt like the focus was more on making a few extra dollars than respecting the time of customers.
With a little transparency, I could have simply returned later in the day. Instead, my windshield was removed and I continued being given inaccurate completion times, which caused me to miss my son’s graduation. I was not even given enough notice to arrange a rideshare and return afterward.
Communication should absolutely be a part of the service provided. I will say this was not a reflection of the entire company, but the employee involved is still a representative of your team.

Don't give them business!! I asked them a general estimate time on a windshield replacement time. The guy answered the phone sounded don't want take the job. I do understand the wait time for other customers arrive earlier, but how difficult to give estimate on the actual windshield replacement time, one a certain model of a car?
I did have few vehicles having windshield and glasses replaced years ago. They did do good jobs before, and answered the phone promptly. Just no idea what had happened now. If this guy has end-of-the-day symptom, then he probably should receive end of employment treatment.
